Warden bear ultimate - bear disappears randomly

I came back to game after a year and I see the same bug, no matter stamina or magicka build as I have two - bear is randomly disappearing, out of combat and in combat too (not killed, just unsummons itself). Anyone ever acknowledged this? Anyone from devs can explain this thing? I don't min-max, I just like the bear doing stuff with me and I didn't pay full price to receive half-finished product.

Do you have it double barred? Otherwise it will unsummon on swap as every other pet

Sometimes it seems to disappear if you get too far away. Like if I'm jumping over ledges and sliding down mountains the bear can't figure it out and goes *poof.*

Something similar is also happening on PS4.

My bear (magicka morph) is randomly disappearing, but not unsummoning/despawning. It is double-barred.

When the bear is missing, using the ulti attack does not trigger damage numbers, and the bear is just awol - probably hunting for fish.

The bear is still showing as summoned in the character page. Reloading UI does nothing, running away from combat does not bring the bear back.

The only fix I have found is to unsummon it from the character page, and then resummon it.

I know it needs to be double barred. It is double barred like my sorc pets.
The issue persists.
