weird graphic glitch bug

This is definitely a bug,since the update 28 and markath dlc,what happens is you could be say just walking around and go to turn then your mouse/camera suddenly spins around what looks like to be a complete circle and you end up facing in an entirely different direction,the carachter doesnt end up constantly spinning it just ends up facing in an entirely different direction,more of an inconvenience bug.Frame rat is also stable it doesnt change ive already monitored this at a steady 99fps doesnt drop so its not a framerate issue must be something else.Has anyone else encountered anything like this,hopefully they can fix this.Also brand new mouse and keyboard not that either basically a new pc so it kind of rules out a system issue.
