Anyone else getting Quest NPCs or Merchants that dont have sound or just stand there and stare at you. Also are the horrible ground textures a new feature?

I haven't noticed either, yet.
Are these just in new areas? I haven't tried most of the new areas added since Summerset, yet, so I wouldn't have seen them til now.
Are they occurring during specific times coinciding with high server demand during the day, or since any specific changes were made?The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭Main issue for me is that loading textures on npc can take 30 seconds, that is questing in low population areas
6GB vram,64 GB ram eso and system on an fast M2 drive.
No it would not been an issue in cyrodil or an trial but doing story quests slowly?
Note this predateds the last bugsGrinding just make you go in circles.
