Hilarious... I just got kicked from the server for "spamming" trying to get this effing interaction to work.

Great.. wandered off to do something else... Got booted again for no reason... Now I can't log on AT ALL, I keep getting a 307 Error: Booted from server message.

approach the area from this angle, yes i am speaking about the area NOT the npc, when you enter the area the journal marked it in via this pay youll advance the quest and the orc will be free from his autism (yes im allowed to insult my own kind lol)

as for the "booted from server thingy" i dont know, y might be serverbanned for sending too many requests in a "host-to-server" fassion, ask some zos def to undo this if im correct

but to be honest, ive lost my faith in zos a little.... markarth destroyed quite a bit.....

i just hope zos wakes up and dedicates a year of updates to obsesively fixing bugs and improving whats already there instead of making content dlc after content dlc, sure content is needed to keep the players active, but fixing bugs is even more important, how do you expect a rage quitting player to return? i mean i am correct right?

Try approaching the area from the East. I did so and the quest arrow appeared above his head (area highlighting vanished as the marker appeared), letting me talk with him and progress with the quest.

I litteraly saod the same to him already, he manages to progress
