Blood of the Reach - cannot progress storyline

I am stuck on Blood of the Reach. The quest says to “Defeat the Dwarven Dynastor”, which I have done. But the quest does not recognize that fact and will not let me progress the storyline.

I have tried logging out and back in. No dice. I literally cannot continue the main quest line due to this bug.

Is there any work-around or am I completely screwed?

    Update: had to leave area entirely and basically re-do quest, but thankfully got past my stuck point.

    Just do quest and don’t dare pause to say anything in text chat. That’s all I did that led to getting stuck the first time around.
