Cant deconstruct reconstructed items, bug?

So i reconstructed the Pale Order mythic ring for another character, which i no longer need. Went to deconstruct it to get my transmutes back, and it doesnt show up on decon list. Tried various characters including my crafter (who made it) and my lvl 10 scrying char and none could see it in the list. On impulse decided to check, and i can no longer deconstruct any other mythics i have either, which i did have the option to previously. Couldnt see any other post about this so put it here considering this from patch notes, 'Your newly-created item will be marked as “reconstructed” and cannot be traded or sold, but you can deconstruct it to get a small refund of 25 Transmute Crystals.'

Also looked through the patch notes and saw nothing that indicated that reconstructed Mythic items couldnt be deconstructed.
