There is something wrong with healing in vBRP

I already made a post in "General Discussion" but no one was interested in it. I already heard the same story 4 times. Something is wrong with self-healing on tanks in vBRP. We could do it without problems with 3DDs + Tank composition month ago but after Markarth patch, our tanks can't sometimes heal themselves up to survive. It was happening for three DK tanks and one necro tank. I guess the standard 2DDs + Heal + Tank don't see any difference and this is why majority is not talking about it, because the 3DDs comp in vBRP is pretty rare. Please ZOS, can you look into it? Sadly I don't have any proof to show it, it just comes out of experience and what we observed.
