Game Freezing

Since the update, my game has been crashing with excessive lightning animations. Has happened 4 times. Back to this again... Xbox One NA. Please look into this. I can't heal dungeons effectively this way.

Also happening to me on PS4 (PRO) EU. Crashes are becoming frequent again. And it’s freezing anywhere in the world. Got a loading screen yesterday in Alinor by crafting writs hand in, guard caught me stealing, after the loading screen, I was dead. Almost as bad as Cyrodiil.Liesy Schwarz | PS5 | EU

Cdub2382✭✭✭Seems the issue is Lich type bosses. Everyone I've fought in different dungeons, Wayrest II, Fang Lair, etc.. the crashes only are at the lich boss, and it's almost instant once you start damaging them.0

jbanks27✭✭✭XBOX-1-X -> Game Freeze -- Running Vet Fangs Lair -- Everything was fine until the 3rd boss. Quick burn to 70% (few seconds) - Whole screen locks up, audio seems locked in tone -- Quit game, come back in -- start again -- about the same time, locks again. Reset - move on. 3rd time, one member was able to stay alive, I come back from reset at 35% -- Get revived -- Makes it about 15 seconds -- Locks again... Totally unplayable. I have recorded video of it. It's insane.

I've had freezes in the open world too... fighting trolls, for example, which have no leeching abilities that I know of.

jbanks27✭✭✭From what I can see with post on freezing, it seems that what is occurring is consistent between Xbox, PS-4, and PC. It seem that there is some sort of major bug, communications error, or otherwise that has made its way between the shared code of the platforms.
I see notes on the PC side about Add-Ons. There are no add-ons with the PS4/XBox platform. So, something else is amis.
@Gina -- There may be a need to consolidate all of the lock-ups and make them a higher priority.
