Is there an addon thats allows you to see your critical damage ingame?

Do you mean you want to see the damage numbers that pop up when you hit something? If so turn it on in the settings. If you want to know how much damage you did over the course of a fight or something, you could use combat metrics. Just type /cmx after your fight

In addition to Combat Metrics, the Combat Log add-on will show individual crits in a list format (separate chat box).

Bandits UI has a "Detailed Character Page" setting that can show Critical Damage among other things including Block Mitigation, Penetration, and even Block Cost.
