Vateshran Hollows Bugged

I did 2 runs of Vateshran Hollows and now the game won't let me pick up the quest Vateshran’s Rites and the portal to the final boss doesn't reset @ZOS_GinaBruno

As of the Nov. 16 patch, hitting a brimstone orb only gives lava resistance a small percentage of the time. At least for me. I've tried logging out, reloading ui, resetting instance. No changes.

To update my previous post re: heavy attack not giving brimstone fortitude: It appears that when I heavy attack while within melee range, it's fine. But doesn't work if beyond that distance.

There's an aura around the brimstone orb. You must be in this aura to get the buff.
