If I decon armor on one character, is it available account wide? Sry am traveling now and trying to plan for weekend! Thanks.

    you mean sticker book? sorry, im confused by the title because it says "recipes" but then you are asking decon armor

    deconstruction armor on one char buts it into your sticker collection which is account wide
    learning a recipe or motif on one char ist not account wide
