UI Error in Reconstruct Screen

I'm on PS4 NA and when you're in the sets screens for reconstructing and you move your console cursor-equivalent off the squares that have icons on them for the set (even the greyed out icons) to the blank squares next to them you get a UI error. Tested it wuth dungeons, trials and arena sets, they all bring up the below error:



I believe this might also be happening on Xbox too but the person didn't explain anything in their post, but it looks like the same issue (https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/552247/ui-error-in-xbox).
