If the Group Leader accepts the match, anyone in the group who has not yet accepted will no longer have the option to.
As long as the Group Leader accepts the match last, everyone can join.
If the Group Leader accepts first he will be alone.

✭✭✭The way I see it, only the leader should have to accept anyway, like with cyrodiil or ic queue.

I believe the difference is BGs use group finder whereas Cyro and IC are just queues for the instance.
Wouldn't be against only Group Leader having the accept, however you just know that would break Dungeon queues.0
