Ps4 Eu.. Blue screen after characters choice

Dear support. I had an issue with crashing game after characters choiceand . I sent a ticket to support number 201110-002393 . The support told me to do list of instructions. Turn off my ps4 , wait and then turn it on. After i was needed to delete save data eso and reinstall the game. I did everything and it not helped. Game still is crashing all the time when i am trying to log in into 2 my characters. I have 3 characters and only 1 character let me log in. The other everytime give error and crashed. I did everything that support told me. Its not working. A lot of people from my guilds has the same problem. All of them were submitted ticket support and received same mails. Its not working. It all begun after releasing markarth. Before markarth everything was fine. That is the problem ? Why are telling us that this not game problem if it started after releasing markarth. Everyone knows it and telling you that this is the game problem. Some of my friends cant log in on any chars. Game is just crashing after characters choice. People cant play the game . Dear support. Will this ever be fixed ? A lot if people has this issue and cant play your game . Make a post or twitt at list that you know about this issue and are working on it. Its impossible. How much tickets do we need to send for you to react on this problem ?

I cant even create the new character. After loading screen appear blue screen and it crashes. But on the NA server i can create character.
