Game block during PVP and Farm

So till last pach ESO was a perfect game for me for almost 3 years , and for my gaming laptop, everything was smooth.Now , is not just WW is bug, and the game is always blocking.
Please explain me what can i do to fix this.

LegendorianSoul ShrivenI belive i should be more explicit, yesterday night it freez 4 times in 1 hour, i was in Imperial city and i send bug report , was around 1 in the night, today 3 times 1 is elsewhere, 2 times in IC.Before i never had this problems. Should i reinstal the game?0
