Constant combat mode

Certain areas and mob keep constant combat mode on the player. A good example of this is the crocs in wayrest dungeons. They are in the water and if agrod they dont leave the water and chase the player but remain agrod to the player even when they are several bosses away. in this case when agrod to them you can't get through the wayrest door to the water boss. the only method i've found to fix this temporarily is to crouch. Doing so after about a minute or such the agro is dispelled and you can enter into the door.

To solve this issue i think there should be changes to agrod mobs. First there is a range. This should be distance calculated not time calculated. If i'm on a mount and breeze by the mob and get combat mode, i have it for a couple minutes before the mobs give up. That should be a distance thing, mobs are territorial. Second is line of sight, so after i go around a boulder i should lose 'line of sight' to the mob and they should give up after about 10 seconds later if they dont recapture line of sight in a decent distance. Mobs that are water based like the crocs should only be agrod if they are attacked and only stay agrod if they can keep line of sight on the players. after they lose it, 10 seconds go by and the combat mode is dispelled.
