Feature request: Guild house

Right now guilds are using personal houses to host their player run guilds, and that is great for many reasons but one flaw exists that i'd like to see remedied somehow. People die, and if they own the guild house then the guild no longer has a house to keep updated. Other MMORPGs have a different approach to 'guild' housing. And while i like the way ESO delivers it, the flaw remains. I'd like some method of moving a 'guild' house from a personal house list to a guild managed method. for instance, a strong guild of maybe 300 players or more can submit to ESO a form to make the guild house permanent. The guild leader would then have online the Guild leadership makeup who is in control and if the leader dies or is unable to return to the game after a set time the GM goes to the next person in line. This is just an idea but one that could prevent losses of guild houses.

You can still access the house even if the guild leader has been offline for a long time, but obviously no one would be able to add new furniture, including crafting stations for new sets.

    Yes, we need Guild Houses.

    Small, Medium and Large.

With an Instanced Crafting Room/Area that has an item limit that can accommodate all the Set Stations and some reasonable decoration.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

As GM I'd love to designate a specific house of a specific persons a guild house. The problem I have is i love housing but my primary always has to be the same house so people can get to my guild hall. No one ever gets to visit my new creations as I can't set them to primary. If I did i'd be removing a useful guild facility from them.

I could never understand why Zos did not make actual guild housing. Ofc, they can be the same homes but the guild actually owns them. They would sell on top of the homes we buy for ourselves.

My idea was for a 300+ player guild to submit a form for the guild leader player house to become the guild house of that guild, essentially cementing the guild to permanence. In this idea the guild house would not be 'sold' so much as donated to the guild. Any remuneration or whatnot can be handled in the guild itself. If a new guild house is to be determined, one of the guild must own it and submit the house for Guild house via a form to ESO. the current house then would go back to its former owner, if still in game, or to the guild leader so the guild items in it can be moved to the new house.

    thoughts?

Why just 300+? This would be great for smaller/RP guilds, too.

Having this option could turn it easily into a exploitation if player requirement wasn't set, imo. small guilds could easily go on 'hiatus' as I've seen allot of guild recruitment saying they've returned and looking for more members, this may cause issues with this. Having a set minimum will encourage small guilds to grow more to gain the benefit, and large guilds will have the security of continuance. It was a logical number, not too big not too small. One not easy to reach if looking to exploit but one attainable by an active guild looking to gain the security of a guild house.
