things like veil of blades and warden storm. major protection 10% doesn't justify the 200 ult cost anymore. there are other buffs/ult combos affected, they really need to have their cost brought down
They might or might not do it with the next update. They knew they were gonna screw stuff over with the major buff changes but didnt care about adjusting class ultimates except for necro.

Knowing ZoS we will see further changes with the next patch. Since they have to work to a schedule there's only so much they can do in a given window and sometimes (I assume) they need or want to see how the changes affect things before pursuing more of them.
Anecdotal evidence, but no one bothers to take Sorc atro synergy these days. Not worth the effort to button click.
10% extra damage is better than no extra damage, especially when it's off the GCD. Sorc also seems to be not very well liked in trial groups because of lack of group support (yeah, despite them providing minor sorcery as opposed to nightblades which bring nothing): it would be nice if the atro synergy was changed so it became available to 3 other players (availability based on the highest offensive stats). That would do something to make up for the big nerf to major berserk, would maybe make sorcs feel more welcomed in groups again. It still wouldn't buff their own damage, but 2 sorcs in a group would provide a nice amount of synergies to all the dds (it would allow for coordinating with necro and horn for burst) and in 4 man content it would just be a welcome extra synergy that the tank doesn't need to feel guilty about taking.
