Wrath of Elements Needs Buff Icon

The new Vateshran Hollows Destruction Staff Wrath of Elements needs a buff icon on your character when it's active and for what % it is at to be able to accurately track and manage the 10 second duration and 20% increase damage buff.
Currently, you apply Weakness to Elements, the tether starts, and you have to watch your debuff timer to reach 10 seconds before you can knowingly use it again. You also have no idea what percentage of damage increase your tether is at because sometimes including other enemies in the tether is unclear (especially when you have other AoE, elemental damage going on).
Separately, I wish that the tether also pulsed around your character within 3m. A very, very small range, but make it so we can simply stand next to an enemy instead of have to be behind/in front of it, which currently makes it difficult to target our main target.
Does anyone else concur these changes?
