so i was building something in my home in arteum with stone blocks then the game told me that there is a limit on how many items i can place in my home. i knew that was the case for mounts and npc which didnt bother me much but the home in arteum is so big limits on such homes are painfull since there is so much we can build and design.

why should we have a limit in the first place isnt it better for zos to have no limits so we can buy more crown housing items. i cant continue with something i cant finish to my satisfaction.

pls get rid of the housing limitations atleast for eso+ members.

The limits are not there simply to annoy you. There are technical limits to the amount of items you can use. At least that's what ZOS keeps saying.

I don't like the current limits either. They severely limit what you can do in your home, especially the larger houses like the one in Artaeum.

I wish they would increase them. If they cannot for technical reasons then I wish they would provide players with some kind of work-around.

The reason stated is lag or even more serious issues on weaker clients.
    Well I say don't overbuild.

This is more an issue with special items and pets, I got an house guest from an quest but can not place here because of limits. Well trying to sell others will flop pretty hard, house has an 700 item limit.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Use the wall and floor sections so you don't have to use individual blocks.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

PakKat "Everything was going well, until I died"
Gary Gravestink "I am glad you died, I needed the help"

this is a good advice but only will temporarily solve my problem since there is alot of things to add and create on large homes

    Yeah, that's what they say.

But then they released pathing for NPCs. So I'm skeptical. If the housing system can handle all those extra pathing nodes why couldn't it handle more furniture?

I'm a bit skeptical as well. I do notice with EHT and a lot of effects, I do see framerate dips so I'd imagine it's something similar to that. They have a baseline spec they want to adjust around so more than likely a cap increase wouldn't affect everyone, but it would raise the minimum requirements beyond what ZOS is willing to accept at the moment. That bottleneck may be related to consoles or perhaps not.

The dead horse has asked you to kindly stop beating him. The housing section of this forum is overrun with these types of threads, and has been for the two years I have been playing, with older threads dating back to the introduction of housing in the game.
I truly sympathize with your plight, but it is not going to happen regardless of how often it is asked for. This one is a non-starter.
