Lags even on solo arena

I have fiber network, really fast, no problems in any other game at all. In ESO I got low, stable ping (even for ESO standards) and still can't use my abilities on time. There is 1-2s of delay before some of them triggers. Not all of them of course but some and in the game one mistake and you are dead. AoE damage doesn't hit all targets in the area. Sometimes enemy AoE hits me out of area like Im in the other place. When you devs are designing complicated boss combat, how am I suppose to fight fair If my character doesn't react on my commands on time?
Every update this game is working worse and worse. More lags, crashes, server kicks, broken abilities, pets, sets, guild traders, group finder, quests, houses, achievements, crown store, login problems and this is just the begining. I am pretty sure next maintenance will fix some new bugs and make another pile like it used to be in the past. I mean if you are unable to provide the right quality of these updates then take another half of the year to fix it please. I am so tired. We won't kill you becouse of some delay.
When I read my guild chat I can't believe how many people are complaining. I can't even play at the weekend because I will get neurosis. The games are meant to be fun not so frustrating.
Just fix these lags already or I don't know, change server Jesus Christ... PC/EU is terrible these days.
