https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRtbhxDCu1c @ZOS_GinaBruno,
If anyone else has something that's not on this list please add it here. I'm sure I'm missing something.
There's also the Ring of the Pale Order leads being broken when you're going for another ring to clear those codex entries. No acknowledgement on the forum at all.
There's also a slew of bugs in this thread here that have also went unacknowledged that needs to be included in that patch.

and when we do not receive an acknowledgment of an issue we can safely assume Zos is not working on it. We have had a GF issue for months where non-vet players get put into groups for a vet dungeon and it is happening now with sub-50 BGs. No acknowledgment that I have seen.
That brings me to the basis that if Zos does not acknowledge it we can assume they are not working on it. A few years ago Zos tried to fix the GF. For about a year afterward we told them that the GF was still broken and some offered evidence that the issue could not be blamed on anything other than the GF not working. When that issue with the GF caused the Undaunted event to be a complete and utter disaster Rich said they thought they had fixed it a year before. When so many threads were posted in the forums, many of them tagging key members of Zos, did they read any of them, and ignore the issue, or completely ignored the forums.
I somewhat think it is a case of when that check engine light comes on and some people ignore it thinking it may just go away.
Some people have reported skills not firing at all while in the arena.

Why don't we make a list of the things that are not bugged, it will be more efficient since that list will be extremely short.

I don't have an eso64.exe but I have Launcher.exe. I added that as an exception & hopefully it will work.
I also have issues with Sprint - again I thought it was just me.
