Unplayable Lag in Vateshran Hollows

I was trying to run the new arena for the first time today but it is literally impossible for me to play right now.
Skills are so extremely laggy, go out super delayed (sometimes 3+ seconds delay) and more often than not, they dont go out at all.

It is not a internet problem from my side or any issue with addons, as I tested both on my local PC aswell as playing on stadia. All other things (moving, jumping, etc.) are not laggy, but combat is impossible.
It is not fun at all to play like this, please fix it.

Further information:
- PC EU
- Tried on both PC and Stadia
- Lag only occurs on skills / in combat
- Character was a Pet Magicka Sorcerer (character name is Huracán)
- I have not played PvE outside of this arena in the new patch yet, so I cannot confirm whether it only occurs in the arena or not. The issue did not occur in PvP for me though yesterday night.
- This is NOT only the weaving problem that was already reported as known issue. ALL skills I use on my character are affected.

same only in new arena, i play on mag nb have light attacks that does connect to the npcs sometimes don't count for the spectral bow , i have press long buffs 2-3 times for them to go off they do the animation take the magicka for it but don't give the buff (channelend acceleration, siphoning attacks and merciless resolve)
the lag or issue don't appear to happen with ground dots or dark shade skill
also its started to happen only today after the fix to attribute points buffs that you could get outside of the arena

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom can we have this atleast added to the list of known issues? It is affecting many players at the moment & making the new content unplayable.

Some further information: I just started another run today (I did manage to complete the previous one despite skills not working thanks to the bugged essence attributes, which have now been hotfixed) - started with blue arena and everything was still working fine, moved into red and completed that without noticeable issues.

However at the green arena the skills were bugged again and (not) working as in the clip above.

Not sure if relevant:
I picked up all essences in red arena & killed the mini boss there. I also skipped most of the adds & just killed the "mini bosses" that make them despawn.


Stuck at the last boss now, skills not working and unable to do the content due to that.
