They changed the mechanics of spell power cure. In the past, it would not refresh until it fell off, now it does, making it possible to keep up 100% uptime on it.

It was already refreshing last patch.

Probably. I don't have ESO+ so I decontructed the set after testing it (no space), and the patch notes at the time did not mention anything about it. They should really relay changes like this, after all it makes a huge difference in the gear choice.

Actually it was stealth nerfed this patch as you can't proc it with minor lifesteal anymore.

I still have hope they will reverse this decision. So all is good.

I won’t be too hard on you, @zvavi, but it was a 5-week PTS testing window for Greymoor ... and a 6-week PTS testing window for Markarth. That whole time SPC was refreshing.

Get out in PTS and do a little testing when you have some downtime.

It was stealth nerfed with the minor life steal thing, but also seriously buffed because major courage was buffed. The 5 piece bonus is now just as powerful as running some of the high end damage sets. Granted you still have to overheal to get the buff but it's stronger now.

I do test the things I want to test. Then I find out they are too bugged to test. And get off the PTS.
