Event ticket unable to loot

During the festival I killed my first world boss of the day which would have dropped 3 event tickets, but was unable to loot it, or anything else. By the time I logged back in the boss was no longer lootable. Bugs like these, the fact that you cant have PATing (not something certain regions can choose) and that I needed to import the physical collectors editions at more than double the actual price since you dont care about African gamers really make this game terrible to play lately. I need to use an illegal VPN just to be able to log in, which is so laggy PVP and PVE is nearly impossible other than questing.
Then when you report bugs nothing happens and you get screwed out of even more event tickets since you couldnt log in for weeks because your own support team didnt think to advise that PATing isnt supported, I had to trawl forums just for others to have complained of the same.

You charge real money for 1 event ticket but wont do anything about it when known issues prevent players from getting these tickets.

    I have had similar issue on 2 separate occasions during the festival, i submitted tickets via the in game help system and after anwsering to the automatic mails, customer support credited my account with the tickets both times.

    Have you submitted and ticket to support about your issue? They can check if you received event tickets on the day mentioned and the credit your account.
    Im pretty sure no one is going to review your case based on a forum post.

    I reported it twice using the bug logger on the day. Then again at the end of the festival when I didnt receive my tix. Im here because the support is just a black hole.

    That's wierd I received a reply from support on the same day I submitted my tickets and my issue was resolved quickly too.
    Maybe link your ticket number here so one of the forum mods can pass it on.

    Bug reports don't usually get any respond and they say so. Can't tell right now what exactly the option is called, but it's a request for support, not bug/feedback that you needed
