After the most recent hotfix there has been a brand new charade of new bugs and broken skills. Most of these pertain to MagDK however similar bugs exist on other classes.
1. Ardent Flame Skills not proccing Molten Whip stacks and Burning Embers not healing when it reapplied

In the video shown you can see that sometimes when I would cast an Ardent Flame skill it would not proc a stack of molten towards molten whip (you can tell when I get a stack or not by the Action Duration Reminder addon which shows a 1-3 on the whip skill which indicates how many stacks I have). You can also tell that sometimes when I reapply embers to the mob I don't get any heal whatsoever (I die because of this).
2. Coagulating Blood not healing when cast (and stealing mag)

In the video you can see that when I cast Coagulating Blood I get no healing whatsoever and my mag is stolen from me and sometimes the skill would actually function. I assume this would be the same with other healing skills (i.e. Breath of Life, Arctic Blast, Vigor etc) as I see no reason why this bug would pertain only to Coag.
3. Non-Existent Destro Ults
Sometimes when I would cast the Destruction Staff Ultimate "Eye of the Storm" and "Elemental Rage" (tested both) the ult would disappear upon casting, robbing me off 250 ult. Battle-Roar passive on DK also didn't proc when the Destro Ult would disappear.
4. Stuck in Heavy Attack Animation/Snared by Heavy Attack animation but not Heavy Attacking (Only tested Inferno/Frost Staff).
Often when I would heavy attack with an Inferno/Frost staff I would be stuck in the animation, and after the animation had ended I would still be snared by the self-inflicted snare that comes with Inferno/Frost heavy attacking. This would disappear after a few seconds however there is no reason why it should still continue to snare after heavy attacking.
5. List of Other Bugs
- Relentless Focus/Bound Armaments not giving stacks properly.
- Casting Entropy causes a massive animation d-sync
- Sustain feels off (not sure if this is a bug or not but my exact same builds which I sustained perfectly fine on last patch are now lacking in sustain this patch despite the massive sustain buffs)
- Blocking and block cancelling/bar-swap cancelling skills causes the next skill casted to not go off
- Syvarra's Scales is still proccing from other procs
- Visual bug where I have too many Flames of Oblivion than normal (pretty cool to look at tho)
Most of these bugs would only occur in PvE instances, I haven't tested them in PvP as due to the light attack bug I have no intention of playing in Cyrodiil on a Mag class.
