Vateshran Hollows Solo Arena BUGGED

after finished 1 and half of the arenas (vet), parts of the Vateshran Hollows...I wanted to return (next day) to fullfill the arena on vet mode. I simply couldn't because that one I started (the second, cant remember the name) wasn't available anymore: portal closed....So I wanted to restart quest. Canceled all quest, reloaded, etc....and when back, nothing. The guy who gives the quest dont give it anymore and portals closed (2 of them), just the third available....
Very, very annoying!...Now, what to do in this situation pls?
