Verandis Bugged on The Dark Heart quest line

Activating the second Insignia in Nighthollow Keep on top of the Dresser and then going through the door before talking to Varanis turns him invisible and prevents you from continuing the quest line. Reloading UI, Exiting the game and Joining another party do not fix the issue.
