A bug with NB Bow dropping 60-70% DPS since patch and unable to compete, at all, in BG's.

Hi all,
I think its'a bug but, has anyone noticed that they are unable to use more than one ability at any one time? My DPS as a Stam NB with Bow has dropped about 60-70% since the patch and I can no longer kill, well anything. Was this not noticed and reported on the PTS server? How did no one not notice this and report it, surely if a bug this devastating was noticed and reported the patch would not have been released with it still in. Surely, surely not.....

bow has always not been on par with and is always less damage than the other weapons, but this patch seems to have made even worse.
please investigate and see and hotfix.
npt fair for us archers to have this constantly for several years now and this patch it made worse.
