Tank ported back to entrance in vSS during fight

Just half hour ago in vSS out tank got ported back to the entrance during one of the bigger trash pulls... you can imagine the fun after, the big cats and two handlers all over the remaining party... 
Seriously though @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_SarahHecker can this random porting issue occurring in dungeons/trials added to the list of bugs you're looking at please?
