Purple glow on character arms?

I know I've seen this purple glow effect on my character's arms a few years ago after a patch...but I can't recall what caused it. It seems like it had something to do with addons maybe but I can't remember and its only appearing on my CP 810 DK tank, the rest of my characters use the same set of addons.

Jennifur_Vultee✭✭✭✭✭That appear to be what I'm seeing but my sets are Green Pact and Black Rose with either Malubeth or Ilambris depending on what I'm doing. The collections show I never collected any Spell Power Cure pieces. I did strip off all my gear and weapons and the effect persists.

That's what you see when the effect is applied to you. Someone had cast a healing spell and you got the buff.0 -
