Crossbow bug

Anyone else got the problem if you use the crossbow in Unhollowed or the new Solo Arena that you cant use skills anymore cant swap or use anything else ?
Nothing fixed that prob - like crownstore, spamming sprinting etc...
I had to relog which just yeah killed the no death and speed
- thank you Zenimax that i can buy more bugs then content again .
But no srsly any way to fix that ? Dont want to relay on pure Rng if it works or not..
