Molten Whip seething fury stacks not granting spell damage

As title say, each stack of seething fury is not granting the 75 spell damage bonus for 5 seconds as intended, they just buff the whip.
Tested in PvE and PvP, the spell damage bouns is absent.

Yes I just noticed this as well so this still appears to be a bug.

According to the pts patchnotes it will be fixed with the next patch.
