There is a smart suggestion about the constant appearance of new players in new chapters. You dear developers did it horribly and was not thought out.
Elementary, you appear in the prison of Molog Bal, you get out of it, a new Chapter came out, got into a carriage / boat, on a ship / bottle khmmm, etc., a video with the events taking place, you are again in captivity and get out, simultaneously entering the course of events of the new Chapter.

and a lot of beginners need that. They need Beginner zones, easy content and the like.
Or PROPER tutorials.
Every time you make a step up in character skill you need to google what is best or you end up making mistakes.
And in a MMO your mistakes become other peoples displeasure or even suffering.If anyone here says: OH! But, PVP! I swear I'll ...
