true, they mentioned in the patch notes that a major brittle (the crit damage taken debuff) was created but not sourced. . .

I’m not sure what the big deal is. I started with Elsweyr and have characters of every class but nightblade has been my favorite, followed by templar. I’m starting to play sorcerer more and trying to find my groove in warden as I’ve always liked a nature-themed class. Necromancer I haven’t cared for as much. I’m curious to see what the new class will be.

You should probably put "Stamina" in the title, since Magicka Necromancer has been buried under the trenches you reference since Elsweyr's PTS, and Magicka Warden was pretty bad for a long time as well.

Nope from a solo perspective that belongs to Bomblade. It's not helping that Major Vuln now 10 % only tickles decent players.

It's not enough now only thing you'll ever kill as Magcro bomb with vicious death is 1-2 potatoes at best. Even with 5k spell damage with Balorgh it's not enough.

A class that you need to be in a group for it to shine is a badly designed class.

harmony is literally useless always has been, if the player uses major evasion or just blocks it'll do nothing, and as the above comment said the new major vul is literally useless if theres a necro running ghost the extra 10% damage doesnt do anything

A class that's only useful for killing zergs of weak players isn't a "real" PvP class, and Magicka Necromancer isn't even anything special in that regard these days. Harmony was nerfed and Major Vulnerability is +10% damage taken now, which is only 2% higher than the debuff that a Warden's class DOT applied a few days ago.

I never really thought the Colossus was very good against decent-or-better players, even before the cleansable debuff was nerfed from 30% to 10%, but now it's pretty much worthless. No one is going to want to spend 225 ultimate just to get 1/3 of the potential damage and +10% damage done to the target(s) hit for 1-12 seconds. And if you couple that ultimate with the current iteration of Graverobber, it'll do roughly the same damage as your Blastbones, assuming of course that it doesn't get blocked or avoided (or ruined by lag or positioning issues - there have been numerous cases where someone was within the area of effect on my screen, but took 0 damage).

There are reasons that virtually all Stamina Necromancers ditched the Colossus a long time ago, even before the debuff got cut down to 1/3 of what it used to be.

"one of the best " is misleading. Nightblade is so far ahead of every other class that being second best is the same as being the worst.
