Bug - Addon menu setting "Allow out of date add-ons" is reset to default of OFF every time you /reloadui, relog or restart the game

Expected function - Checking the "allow out of date add-ons" will stay ON after reloadui/relog/restart in the client

Steps to recreate - Start client, and log in to character screen, select and load character
Go to Esc menu - addons - check the "Allow out of date add-ons" box to ON
either /reloadui from addon menu or chat, or log out to character screen or restart the client
The "allow out of date add-ons" is reset for unchecked/OFF, the game does not save the change in status

Workarounds -
Method 1 - On the characters screen before load each character, check the addon menu and tick the "Allow out of date addons" box, it will stay checked until next reloadui/relog/restart
Method 2 (with thanks to @Grizzbeorn)- Go to the your document folder/Elder Scrolls Online/live folder and change the Addonsettings.txt so it reads #version 100033 and #LoadOutOfDateAddons 1
