Tried with frost light attacks and heavy attack... even Crushing Shock (which seems to apply burning, but not chilled)...
gitched, maybe? Isn't LA e HA from frost staves supposed to inflict Chilled with a chance?

They don't. But it might be still bugged from PTS, testing things rn
The buff is not showing, but it is working with an ice staff (dmg goes up for crits) checking fire staff, yep it doesn't work with chilled, checking fire staff front ice back, looks like it works.
