Maximum download speed

At the moment, the launcher allows limiting maximum download speed to 'unlimited', 1 MBps, 5 MBps, and 10 MBps.
I was wondering if instead, we could get a slider of incremental steps instead of these preset options. Such that you can slide your maximum download speed in incremental steps of 1 MBps, ranging from 1 MBps to 10 MBps or Unlimited.
Personally, I usually download at 2 or 3 MBps to prevent stressing my home network too much because I share my network speed with other people. I can imagine that other people are in similar situations and may find the 1 MBps too slow but the 5 MBps being too stressing for their network. Yes, you could argue: get a better network or higher internet speed, and I could do that but I think it would be nice to at least have the option.
