getting away with Max stamina/Max health food with VO

anyone does this?. can I get away with max stamina max health food instead of using some expensive food that I dont have a recipe for anyway?. potentially get extra damage too

Or using a sustain race. Or using a class that is strong on sustain. Or heavy attacking once in a while.

honestly its really hard to play anything other than orc as a stamdps, not only the weapon damage. but extra health and health sustain. and the sprinting speed is nice for melee fighters.

If you are a sustain race you will be wearing bi stat instead, gaining the same max health anyway... I don't have 1 orc.

I run bi-stat food on my orc stamplar, wearing deadly/relequen. I sustain fine.

With leeching strikes on my Orc NB I practically have infinite sustain. I’m often running tri stat though because I’m also running mirage, shade and siphon and need the extra magicka.

My Khajiit Stamden I mix heavy attacks in every 2nd or 3rd rotation to keep my stamina relatively topped off. DW heavy attacks are so fast they really don’t take much out of your rotation at all. I run blue bi stat food on this toon.

I run tri-stat food on my Orc Warden Tank. I use a few Magicka abilities, and I like the 49k health overkill (over 50k with Maturation). 3K health recovery and max resistance (~35k Spell and Physical). I maxed out Provisioning, so I cook my own food for my toons, and cook some for the Guild Bank
