why is it even called that at this point? it just gives physical damage if you critically strike with a heavy attack for 20 seconds, obviously thats awful because you could end up for the majority of a fight without the buff up because you aren't gonna heavy attack that often.
it should be changed into some proc set that looks like a storm or actually resemble its name.

Joosef_Kivikilpi✭✭✭✭Used to be extremely been build with it using a lightning staff. Each tick off a lightning heavy attack could proc the bonus damage for light attacks. Enough charges, light attacks could deal 30k+ dmg. Was really fun for a bit until they nerfed it.0
