EVENT: Witch's Festival 2020 Help/Questions/Tips

First Question: The Impresario does not appear where she should be and this has been happening for a few days now for me on N/A server and others have said the same in chat. Is there anything we can do about it?

Second Question: Will there be an Indrik Pet for sale before this event ends?

If you can't see the Impresario, try other locations/instances.

Indrik pet will be most likely for sale with the last crimson berry.

Yes, we did ask if others could see the Impressario in their instances. However, it turned out to be a universal glitch and the missing Impressario issue has just been fixed by the latest maintenance update. :-)

Yes, we did try many locations before I posted the question, but it turned out to be a universal glitch affecting so many players and the "missing Impressario issue" seems fixed by the latest maintenance update today. :-) Thank you for that, ZOS.

I hope we will have extra days added to this event since the glitch affected so many players on both NA/EU servers.

Many of us have been hoping for the Indrik Pet & time to buy it with our tickets but the event ends so soon after the Impressario has returned & she does not have it yet so I hope the pet appears in the Impressario's stocked items soon!

I just found an update saying the Witches Festival will be extended, but it is not for the 2020 Witches Festival! :-) Oh well.
