Is the bow op or is snipe op?

So I have a main bar bow warden wich I use in pvp a lot (no snipe build) and it's funny the amount of hate you get for using a bow....Thus I decided to do a little test the rules of the test where as follow:
1. no snipe or morphs
2. only 1 damage process set allowed
3. no toxic barrage or morphs
4. when a melee enemies gapcloses me or gets to close I am not allowed to run away but may do a backwards dodge into a small back paddle
There where also class specifick rules:
1.sorc only allowed to streak away once every 5 or so seconds while in combat
2. nightblade allowed to cloak every 5 or so seconds while in combat
classes played
1. stamblade(most hate whispers by far...also got called out for sniping when I did not snipe on my bar lol)
2. stamsorc(called out for sniping without snipe on my bar also streak op)
3. stamcro(blastbones got most whispers here)
4. warden(once again sniping and subasult op but I had neither on my bar lol)
5. magicka necromancer(yeah this was rough....still got called out for sniping while being magical based and not having snipe on my bar)
6. magicka nightblade(same as magicka necro lmao)
common whispers:
1. learn to use other skills other than snipe(did not even have snipe on my bar)
2. only boobs use the bow l2p noob
3. the bow is the most op weapon learn to use a balanced weapon like 2h or duel wield😐
4. get carried by bow/snipe noob
I think you get the idea so my question is whether the bow is op or snipe and if you are a noob if you use main bar bow without snipe and if you use it with snipe and if the bow is so op what makes it op is it snipe? is it still op if you remove snipe?If it is still then what makes it so op and do archer get carried by using the bow or is there a misconception within the community when using the bow.... also people should learn what snipe looks and sounds like....

It’s 100% that you single targeted them people hate it with a passion. Snipe or no they fight with groups spamming AoEs and can’t stand to get singled out.

Yeah some people think that playing melee and running 1h/s is the only ethical way to play.
Bow is very strong right now with snipe ganking or with procsets.
If you try to run a Stat based bow setup without snipe it's not that great.
I've messed around with morag tong and swamp raider on a bow necro and it was pretty decent, but that was due to necro mostly and not bow.
IMHO most bow skills are great, I just wish snipe had an instant cast(with less dmg ofc) morph.

Game design is the issue not the skill, snipe is op when is desync so you can land multi time in short time.

Bow is a great, fun option and Snipe is awesome but no more OP than any other "spammable".

Yep Snipe desync is OP in PvP.
Sometimes I got killed by 5 skills from 1 person in less than 1 second and 3 or 4 of the hits were from snipe, which should not be theoretically possible without desync or sever issues...

Snipe is busted, requires nerfs.

Snipe as a skill on paper is alright, the issue is that the skill is actually broken, and causes desynch's when casted at range in high latency environments.

There is a strong argument for decreasing the travel time of snipe, and making it fly straight. This would help tremendously with the rampant snipe desynch.

You could kill people with literally anything and you'd still get hate whispers in Cyrodiil, as evidenced by your magicka bow builds.
