Hi all,

Since my last post I've come a fair way! I reached max level and got to, at the time of writing, CP 127 :P and I've just come across an amazing new feature but have a question regarding it.

It shows that you collect items and sets then are able to create them again at will in their basic form, such a brilliant idea but what about people like me currently levelling up and collecting pieces at such low CP they do not matter?

I haven't gone set hunting, I am waiting for CP 160 to do that kind of thing but there have been some awesome weapons and armour along the way, as I do not have these anymore I am guessing that they cannot be recorded as being collected?

Thank you all and hope you had a good October!
Also for those of you in the UK, this second lockdown is a pain but we can get through it <3

Under-CP160 pieces do work for entry into the "sticker book", @sammeh1991 ... but you still need to have them somewhere on your account when the patch drops on Monday.

Reconstructed crafted pieces from the "sticker book" can only be crafted at max level (CP160).

Once you have a gear piece in your inventory, do you then have to actually equip it, so it is Bound - for it to be registered?

    S.

Edit: wondering about the process for getting the embarrassingly-large number of gear set pieces I have stored on alt accounts BACK to my main...

This is not the way it was reported to work on PTS. Aside from mythics, arena, and monster sets, reconstructed pieces are made at the level of the toon crafting them.

As of the second week of the PTS, pieces are added to the collection when you:

-have them bound already (any bound item in your current toon’s inventory, bank, or chests/coffers will be entered immediately — you do have to log onto any alts to have their inventories registered, but you do not need to move items to your main to get them in the book)

-bind them in any way (equip them, transmute them, upgrade BoP dungeon/trial gear, or let the trade timer on BoP dungeon/trial gear expire)

    -decon them

-sell them to an NPC vendor, followed by selling enough items to push them off the buy back menu

    -destroy them from your inventory

They seem to be going for any method that ensures you cannot trade an item to anyone else afterwards.

    From patch notes v6.2.4
You can now right click unbound items to manually bind them to your character.

Fenced items and those destroyed via “Destroy All Junk” will now be added to your Item Set Collection.

@sammeh1991 Cp level/trait/quality of gear doesn't matter in order to add it to the player's set collections by the ways already stated by @virtus753
