I propose a new timezone, ESOtime. It would be standardised across all servers so that the time given is the ESOtime which would make it easier to coordinate events. There could even be an ESOtime clock optionally in game and a phone app.

One of my guild uses UTC another used central european time.
Guilds tend to specify their time
