Houses should be renamable with the option to make primaries character specific.

Sir Tanks a lot✭✭✭Fortunately they can be renamed from the Houses tab in the Collectibles menu.
If you list a home as an Open House with EHT, your name for the house will be visible to other players.
I think EHT also lets you set separate Primary Homes for each of your characters using an option for its /house command.0
