Character select screen crashes on PS4 and PS4 Pro.

My wife and I both have 10 characters, and we regularly crash on the character select screen when moving between characters.
Just going up or down a couple a times in a row, sometimes fast or sometimes slow, will crash the game with a blue screen of death on the console.
This started happening after the last patch.
