Incorrect and Useless Lower Bangkorai Quest markers

I am playing on ps4 NA server, 619 CP Khajit Nightblade. While working on Cadwell's Gold in Bangkorai, pretty much every quest that is not a Zone Story quest has its quest markers incorrectly display on the door of the Bangkorai Garrison and not where they are actually located on the map. So far it has affected many of the non-zone story quest in lower bangkorai in some fashion. Some have no correct markers at all (like A Handful of Stolen Dreams), while others display some correctly, but not throughout the whole quest (like A Marriage in Ruins, which correctly displays 2/4 focusing crystals on the map, but displays the other 2 as the door to Bangkorai Garrison when they are all clearly inside the Nilata Ruins area). This bug does not seem to affect Zone Story quests, which so far, have displayed all of their markers correctly. This does not actually affect the gameplay of the quests, and I have been able to complete each quest normally. However, this is quite annoying for quests that have a large search area and give little clues on where to narrow down the search.
