Can someone confirm something pertaining to Hollowjack?

I have seen here and in game myself that people are not seeing HJ pages drop from skulls. I have them all already but can confirm I have not seen even one. So the grab bags at event vendor are new to me, I bought some to open, 4 to be exact. When I opened the first 3 I got the 3 missing gold mask rune boxes I did not collect yet. One in each bag. No dupes. I call that an unbelievable RNG, and I like to gamble.
My thought is that they coded in something that is checking what you have already before contents are revealed. Also in the purple skulls because I haven’t gotten anything in them but fishing baits, mats, wheat stacks 😂 etc. hell I haven’t even gotten the charred branches junk drops.

    Yes, ZOS mentioned that for the grab bag, they will show you what you don’t have so that there won’t be any dupe.

    They should still make Hollowjack obtainable through Plunder Skulls.
