Are those mobs hard or soft CCing you? Immovable should be granting immunity to the former, not the latter, and only for 6 seconds, not the full duration of the skill.
Can you clarify how you’re testing the extra block mitigation with Boundless Storm?

It in 6s duration and still get CC by those heavy attack ( Priest, destroyer ) what do u mean former and latter? I'm not good at English.
Here is the example of major resolve with and without immovable, seem doesnt do anything, still receive the same dmg. Pls fix this @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_BillE

“Former” means the earlier/first thing; “latter” means the later/second thing. I was saying that Immovable should make you immune to hard CC (knockbacks, knockdowns, totally disabling effects), but it does not make you immune to soft CC (snares, roots).
If I understand it right: Hard CC is something you need to Break Free from, and you can’t use abilities until then. Soft CC is something you can roll dodge out of. You can use abilities but can’t move during soft CC.
The visual effect for CC immunity is showing up on your character in that video (the white swirls). Part of the problem here may be that CC immunity is often broken, just like Break Free. It may be a bigger problem than just Immovable if you’re not getting the hard CC immunity as intended.
