Nascent Indrik/Feathers disappeared and says I already own Crimson Indrik (new one)

Before starting the event, I had a Nascent Indrik. However, when the Witches Festival started, my Nascent disappeared, I don't have the 4 feathers neither and I can't buy the new two berries as they say I already own the Crimson Indrik.
Anyone else with this problem?
Worst thing is I have 12/12 tickets and I can't do NOTHING until I can buy the new berries or I'll lose my tickets.
